Cyprus Central Bank of Cyprus 250 Mils ND (1964-82) Specimen Pick 41sThe usual punch hole cancels are seen on this piece, as well as the diagonal SPECIMEN in red on the face. This note is a refreshing departure from many specimens from Cyprus which were previously mounted and are a far cry from this lofty PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ grade. As it sits, it is the lone finest graded for the Pick 41s number.
