China American Oriental Banking Corporation, Tientsin 5 Dollars 16.9.1924 Pick S105s S/M#T127 Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
A Tientsin branch of issue is seen on this on this example. As each city's currency had a slightly different value, each note issued by this American capitalized bank had a different color palette. The orange inks on the back remain brilliant. Embossing especially of the borders are heavy and expected on American Bank Note Company issues of this time. Two POCs are noted.
