Fr. 127 $20 1869 Legal Tender PMG Very Fine 20.PMG has withheld the Net grade but has commented "Minor Repairs" on the back of the holder. The rainbow colors are extremely strong for a note at the low end of the Very Fine grade range. The noted minor repairs elude us, although we have no doubt they are present somewhere. A handsome note for its grade level.
