Fr. 234 $1 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.When this Black Eagle landed on our desk, we turned it over and saw punch-through embossing of the serial numbers. Next, we saw that PMG agreed with us as they stated on the back label, "Exceptional Paper Quality & Embossing." Then our eyes observed the note's natural paper wave. This is certainly a quality example that has been kept pristine all of these years. Also, a look at the PMG Population Report found that they have graded only one higher.
