Banknote Superb Gem Unc 68 PPQ.An absolutely gorgeous North Africa $10, this piece is tied for the finest graded by either of the major services. PMG has not graded an example at this grade level, even though they have graded 3,000 of these Fr. 2309 Silver Certificates. That statistic in and of itself should fully convince someone how significant this grade is on this specific note. Last year, we auctioned another PCGS Banknote Superb 68 PPQ example which realized $6,300.
