PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.Out of the grand total of 164 examples of the Fr. 2211-A LGS $1,000s handled by PMG, this sheer beauty is bested by just a single 66 EPQ note. This Boston high denomination is currently tied with four others at the 65 EPQ level according to the latest PMG Population Report, but certainly has the look of an even higher graded example as the margins and centering are more than ideal on this lovely piece. During our 2024 FUN Signature Auction, we auctioned the note consecutive to this one, which is also a PMG 65 EPQ, for a total of $21,600. With the high denomination market still as hot and robust as ever, expect to see plenty of attention on this incredible $1,000.
