Unc 68 PPQ.A lovely Fr. 1603 from the B-B block, this example is tied with one other piece at the very top of all of the $1 1928C Silvers listed in the Track & Price census. Paper originality that includes bold embossing really stands out on this superbly preserved example. Three years ago, we auctioned the other PCGS 68 PPQ which realized $4,320, a number that should be exceeded in today's more competitive market.
