China People's Bank of China 10 Yuan 1953 Pick 870 S/M#C283-14 PMG Very Fine 30.
A famous and rare banknote from the first Post Devaluation series dated 1953 and issued beginning in 1955. This series replaced the previous Yuan notes at a rate of 10,000:1. This 10 Yuan was the highest denomination of the series, and when it was released in 1957, it was worth 100,000 old Yuan. This denomination circulated from 1957 until 1964, at which time it was withdrawn and replaced by a new, reduced sized 10 Yuan. Circulated with minor ink and a very popular type.

此鈔享負盛名,稀罕難得,出自1953年第二版人民幣,並於1955年初正式發行。第二版人民幣以一比一萬的兌率取代第一版人民幣。拾圓為當中的最高面額,在1957年投入流通,等值舊人民幣拾萬圓。此鈔流通於1957至1964年間,隨後便被尺寸更小的新拾圓取而代之。此鈔曾歷流通,帶有輕微黃點,人氣不凡。
