Description

China People's Bank of China 10 Yuan 1953 Pick 870 S/M#C283-14 PMG Very Fine 30.
A note that needs little embellishment. This was the highest denomination of the post-devaluation series. Old series notes were able to be exchanged at a rate of 10,000:1 for notes of this series. As such, this denomination was quite powerful, and few were saved for posterity. Although dated 1953, this banknote was not issued until 1957, and was withdrawn in 1964, along with two other denominations of this series. Mildly circulated, problem-free, and rare.

PMG Very Fine 30。
