China People's Bank of China 10 Yuan 1953 Pick 870 S/M#C283-14 PMG Very Fine 30.
A famous post-World War II issue. Although dated 1953, this note was not issued until a few years later, with redemption beginning in the early 1960s. Due to being in circulation for less than a decade, surprisingly few were saved to be collected today. Minor stains and normal circulation are seen on this example. Desirable in any grade, and a famous type which was the highest denomination of this series at the time.
