China People's Bank of China 50 Yuan 1948 Pick 805a S/M#C282-6 PMG Choice Very Fine 35.
This was the only 50 Yuan denomination in the People's Bank series of 1948. Issuance was most likely brief, as five different 50 Yuan notes would be issued in 1949, replacing this type. Moderate circulation and good eye appeal are seen through the third party holder. A better type from the first series of 1948.
