Fr. 54 $2 1880 Legal Tender PMG Choice Very Fine 35.An incredibly underrated note with a tally of just twenty-seven examples in the latest Track & Price census, including this piece which is in the top third by grade for this most elusive Friedberg number. A small edge repair has been noted by PMG, but in the holder, this note looks several grades better than its assigned grade.
