Fr. 232 $1 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.It is unusual to look at a 67 from either grading service and immediately agree. Most 67s seem to be 66s or 68s, however, this PMG graded Parker-Burke Black Eagle is exactly what the holder says, a 67 EPQ and one that has clearly earned its grade. The original embossing is astounding, and the margins and colors are as close to perfect as one will find at this grade level.
