J. N. Huston Courtesy Autographed Fr. 230 $1 1899 Silver Certificate PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.This plate letter A Black Eagle, that does not have his engraved signature, was signed by J. N. Huston with the added lines of "Treasurer U.S. 1889 - 1891." Embossing is strong while the inks are ideal on this autographed Ace.
