Fr. 162 $50 1880 Legal Tender PMG Choice Fine 15.This moderately circulated note represents a very scarce Friedberg number for the $50 Legals with just 26 pieces listed in the latest census. It is easily overshadowed by the similar appearing Fr. 164, with almost 275 pieces known. This offering faces up nicely for the grade although it does have some residue on the back as well as pinholes.
