Superb Gem $100 Legal Star
Fr. 1550* $100 1966 Legal Tender Star Note. PMG Superb Gem Unc
67 EPQ.Only this $100 Legal Tender star and three other examples are graded 67 EPQ by PMG with no pieces graded higher. All four margins are 3mm or wider, and the face to back registration is spot on for the note in this lot, which has received the comments "Exceptional Paper Quality & Embossing" from PMG. One of those other PMG 67 EPQ-graded star notes sold for $4,560 in our recent Long Beach auction.
