Rare Wyoming First Charter $10
Cheyenne, WY - $10 1875 Fr. 422 The Stock Growers National Bank
Ch. # 2652 PCGS Banknote Very Fine 20 PPQ.Notes from this bank represent the only First Charter examples that are available from Wyoming with any regularity. Issuances from this institution represent about 90% of the twenty or so non-Territorials known from all banks in the state combined. This offering is an attractive note with good color and bright inks along with original surfaces. It is just one of five State First Charter $10s known for all of Wyoming, and was last on the market in the sale of the Peter Huntoon collection in 2007.
