Westerly, RI - $10 1882 Brown Back Fr. 480 The Washington National Bank Ch. # 952 PMG Very Fine 30.A very scarce note from a bank which issued First Charters and Brown Backs only before liquidating in January of 1904. One of barely a dozen pieces in the census, this $10 Brown Back is a hugely margined piece with great color and bold pen signatures.
