Proctorsville, VT - $10 1929 Ty. 1 The National Black River Bank Ch. # 1383 PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.This beautifully centered and crackling-fresh example is one of fewer than a dozen small size reported from this very scarce Vermont bank that failed in 1933. Easily the finest graded of that number, it displays vibrant ink colors and embossing.
