Description

Salt Lake City NB Territorial Ace

Salt Lake City, UT - $1 Original Fr. 382 The Salt Lake City National Bank of Utah Ch. # 1921 PMG Very Fine 20.
This rare Utah bank was founded by non-Mormons and was the third National Bank chartered in town in 1872. It also was the third to exit the banking stage, having been voluntarily liquidated in 1876. This piece is one of only seven notes listed from this issuer. It is a nicely margined and evenly circulated Original Series Ace with pleasing color and bold pen signatures. A great Territorial note from a seldom-seen Salt Lake City bank.
