Serial Number 5 West, TX - $10 1929 Ty. 2 The West National Bank Ch. # 13935 PCGS Banknote Gem Unc 65 PPQ.A Type 2 only issuing bank that was organized in January of 1934, this West institution has supplied Texas specialists with high grade, low serial numbered examples for years. This Serial Number 5 $10 earned a lovely Gem Unc 65 PPQ grade from PCGS Banknote, and is very well deserving of such. This note last appeared at auction 25 years ago when it was still in sheet form, which has since been cut. As made paper wrinkles are mentioned by PCGS Banknote.
