Fr. 3 $5 1861 Demand Note PMG Fine 12.The hand signatures are still quite legible and the green back and green central overprint on the face have both retained far more color than one would expect for the assigned grade on this nice circulated Demand note. PMG has mentioned just minor repairs on this note that was last on the market in a 1998 auction.
