Inverted Star Error Fr. 2050-B* $20 1928 Federal Reserve Star Note. PMG Very Fine 20.An inverted star at the end of the lower left serial number is the error found on this moderately circulated New York $20 star. The star plug was inserted in the serial number wheel upside down. This has the crown point rotated 180 degrees and pointing downwards.
