Obstructed Printing Error Fr. 2051-J $20 1928A Federal Reserve Note. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.A great obstruction error as a paper punch hole fell onto a sheet of $20s before the second printing. After the second printing, the paper punch hole fell off of the note leaving behind a small circular unprinted area.
