Obstructed Printing Error Fr. 1950-F $5 1928 Federal Reserve Note. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.An early FRN which had an obstruction fall in the way during the application of the third printing. Quite elusive at this lofty grade level in its own right for the issue, but examples are rarely seen as an error.
