Printing and Cutting Error Fr. 1994-C $5 2009 Federal Reserve Note. PMG Extremely Fine 40.A dramatic printing and cutting error which is the top note in from the E1 sheet position the second column of a 32 subject sheet. A paper jam produced this oddity with a missing left serial number, a skewed overprinting, a miscut at top that left some of a color bar along the top edge, and a further miscut along the left and bottom edges.
