Description

Canadian, TX - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 624 The First National Bank Ch. # (S)6826 PCGS Banknote Very Fine 20 Details with Postcard.
A great note if offered here from the only bank to issue in this small community which is located in the far northern reaches of the Texas panhandle. It is one of only five examples known from this bank that chose to issue large size only and which had just $1,310 outstanding in 1935. It is an evenly circulated $10 with legible pen signatures, although the back is rather discolored. Included with the lot is a great postcard of the bank's building. (Total: 2 items)
