Low Serial Number 95 Fr. 1950-J $5 1928 Federal Reserve Note. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.A lovely, well margined example, this Kansas City $5 has nice centering and excellent color. PMG has graded just one piece a single point finer than this pretty note which is further enhanced by its low, two-digit serial number J00000095A.
