Elmira, NY - $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 616 The Second National Bank Ch. # (E)149 PMG About Uncirculated 53 EPQ.This is one of the better survivors from this Chemung County bank that, while common in small size, is rather tougher to locate in large. It displays bold ink colors, original surfaces, and only light handling.
