Vernon, TX - $20 1882 Value Back Fr. 581 The Waggoner National Bank Ch. # (S)5203 PMG Very Fine 25.Another attractive large size note from this Vernon bank, this $20 Value Back was once part of The Steve Ivy Collection that we auctioned in 2001. It is the lone Value Back of any denomination reported in collectors' hands from this private name bank, with one other example ensconced in the Philpott/Moody holdings. It is a pleasing mid-grade piece with nice color and solid paper.
