Bank Ch. # 99 PMG About Uncirculated 53 EPQ.An attractive serial number 1 small size from this low charter number Cayuga County bank that is new to the census and is being presented to the collecting fraternity for the first time. While three serial number 1 Type 2 sheets from this bank have been listed in the census for decades, this is the first number 1 Type 1 note to surface from this charter. This $5 hails from the "A" plate position making it the top note from the first sheet of small size $5s issued by the bank. It is a fresh, well embossed note with only light handling.
