Monroeville, OH - $5 1875 Fr. 404 The First National Bank Ch. # 2438 PMG Very Fine 25.Featuring excellent color and dark pen signatures, this bright and attractive 1875 $5 hails from a Huron County bank that issued First Charters and Brown Backs only from 1879 until its closure in 1906. Surprisingly, a number of First Charter Fives are known from this charter including this example which last crossed the auction block in 1996.
