Bastrop, TX - $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 618 The First National Bank Ch. # (S)4093 PMG Choice Fine 15.A rare note from the only bank to issue in this then rural central Texas county seat location. A mere six large examples are known, with one ensconced in the Philpott/Moody holdings. However, of that number, none have crossed the public auction block since 2010. This note, which features just even wear, was last on the market in a 2001 auction.
