Franklin, NH - $20 1875 Fr. 436 The Franklin National Bank Ch. #
2443 PMG Very Fine 20.A very nice example, this is an exceptionally scarce type and denomination for the state of New Hampshire. According to the National Currency Foundation census, it is one of just two First Charter $20s known for this Franklin bank and one of fewer than a dozen reported for the entire state. Fortunately for collectors, it is a pleasing mid-grade example with sharp ink colors, solid paper, and dark pen signatures.
