Fr. 1274SP/1273-75 15¢ Third Issue Wide Margin Pair PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 and 63.The hand-signed Jeffries-Spinner face is a beautiful note that appears to us to be undergraded. The grade possibly was held down due to having the comment "Trimmed," which is either wholly incorrect or a typo, as the note is fully wide. The back, which grades a point higher, is in a comment-free holder as it should be, though it is a full half-inch smaller than the face left to right, and just under a half-inch smaller than the face top to bottom. Anomaly aside, this is a very nice pair. (Total: 2 notes)
