Boston, MA - $1 Original Fr. 380a The Maverick NB Ch. # 677While several aces are known on this scarce Boston bank that closed in 1891, most are in rather wretched condition. That is not the case with this crisp, well margined specimen that managed to avoid the curse of the "New England trim." It does have a couple of minor repairs and a very light annotation on the back but its overall appearance is certainly well above most of the other survivors reported from this charter. PMG Very Fine 30, with great color and signatures.
