Fr. 1313 50¢ First Issue PCGS Banknote Choice Unc 64 PPQ.Fr. 1313 is one of the scarcest First Issue notes. We have sold several 65s, but nothing higher. Bob Laub's example was an AU 58. This note is right at the cusp of being tied for the finest known. It's very well centered, bright, and attractive, and truly hard to acquire in this grade.
