Very Rare Uncut Sheet of "Cotton Pledged" Notes

30.While these notes individually are not all that rare, the same can not be said for uncut sheets. This 6 subject sheet comprises two $3s and four $1s arranged in two columns. All of the notes were ready for issue with filled-in dates, serial numbers, and signatures. PMG mentions ink burn which is not terribly noticeable on this sheet which Shull estimated had a surviving population of around 5-15 sheets in 2006. We believe that the surviving population number is still accurate. This is the first example of this sheet layout that we have offered, with another similar and slightly less rare sheet, comprising different denominations, selling for $2,585 almost a decade ago.
