EPQ.A simply gorgeous star note, examples are extremely rare at this grade level. To date, PMG has graded only four $5 1928 star Legals at the 66 level, with just one higher, and that by one point. This offering is evenly margined and very well centered, with pristine paper surfaces. In our last FUN auction, the lone 67-graded star, just two serial numbers removed from this piece, brought almost $20,000.
