Fr. 1320 50¢ Second Issue PCGS Banknote Gem Unc 65 PPQ.The example graded highest by PCGS Banknote with no equals is in this lot. It is nicely margined, while the O and 1 surcharges are distinct. Over at PMG, they have graded two equal and four higher, with those that are higher, only by a single grade point. Our most recent offering of a 65 or 66 were two PMG 66 EPQ examples that we auctioned in January 2021 for $1,440 and $1,500.
