Lackawanna, NY - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 652 The Lackawanna NB Ch. # (E)6964This is only the third $20 Plain Back to be reported on this western New York bank that operated in a city south of Buffalo that was host to a huge Bethlehem Steel plant for most of the 20th Century. It is an otherwise pleasing Very Fine note but a portion of the note has been severed and poorly reattached.
