Buffalo, NY - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 609 The South Side NB Ch. # (E)12313From a short-lived neighborhood bank in the Buffalo area that thrived for a brief time and then disappeared forever, this example is most likely the finest note reported from here. It sports bold inks and strong embossing and, while it never really circulated, a small edge tear in the bottom margin probably caused PCGS to choose the AU grade. PCGS Apparent Choice About New 58.
