Fr. 372 $20 1890 Treasury Note PCGS Apparent Fine 15.Small Red Seal $20 Treasury Notes outnumber their Large Brown Seal counterparts by more than three to one; however prices for both types in this grade range are nearly identical. The example offered here is a great opportunity for the collector who recognizes both scarcity and value. PCGS has mentioned repaired "splits" on the holder, but the splits are well concealed and not a major detriment.
