Winchester, VA - $10 1882 Value Back Fr. 577 The Farmers & Merchants NB Ch. # (S)6084A rather scarce Virginia type and denomination, with only about two dozen examples reported from all banks in Virginia combined. Some repair work has been noted by PCGS on this otherwise pleasing Apparent Fine 15 example.
