Hillsville, VA- Hillsville Savings Bank $1 Aug. 6, 1862 Jones BH20-21This is just the second time that we have had notes on this Carroll County bank. This piece was once mounted with stamp hinges. A couple of small repairs were also undertaken with stamp hinges. Fine.
