Fr. 3 $5 1861 Demand Note PMG Very Good 10 Net.PMG notes "repairs" on this Boston district Demand Note and they are indeed correct. The overall appearance of the note is that of a Fine. It has multiple edge splits, small holes, and other minor problems; but it is not a displeasing example for this extremely early type. The colors are good and the margins larger and more intact than typical for the grade.
