Series 661 10c Replacement PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ. This 67PPQ Replacement is the only piece to be graded by PCGS, while PMG has not graded a single example equal or higher. While others will no doubt be graded at some point, it is unlikely that any will surpass this truly Superb example.
