Pennsylvania May 1, 1760 20s PMG Very Fine 30 NET. PMG has netted this exceptional quality early Pennsylvania note due to a restoration. It's difficult to know for certain through the holder, but it appears that minor strengthening of the center fold is the only restoration. All three signatures are strong and clean, as is the B.
