Despite its nomenclature, this small community is located in the far northwestern corner of the commonwealth, in Erie County. North East is the northernmost town in Pennsylvania, and actually took its name from its location at the most northeast point in Erie County. This piece is one of only two large notes reported from this bank to date, and is considerably the nicer of the pair. PCGS Apparent Fine 12, with a few small edge splits.
