Fr. 242 $2 1886 Silver Certificate PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. This wonderfully original Hancock remains attractive and bright. Overall, the eye appeal is most pleasing with nice margins noticed. A little better back centering would have locked in the Gem designation. The holder incorrectly identifies the note as a Fr. 241.
